Refund Policy
Within the first 15 days of a session, a prorated refund of the class registration fee is possible. A portion of additional fees (club fee, Skate Canada fee) may also be considered during this time. Please email mhskate1959@gmail.com for more information.
No withdrawals or refunds are given after the first 15 days of the start of the skating program unless accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. Medical withdrawal notification must be received in writing.
Camp Refund Policy
Ice is booked and programs are designed based on the number of skaters registered. If your skater wishes to withdraw for any reason prior to the first day of Camp a gift certificate less the mandatory Skate Canada fee and administration fee will be issued.
The gift certificate can be used at a later date for things like registration, private Coaching fees, test fees or competition registration fees. Medical withdrawals will only be issued once written notice is received accompanied by a doctor’s certificate. The refund will be prorated (if applicable) less the mandatory Skate Canada fee, and an administration fee. The refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
